Sherwoods Independent Property Consultants has announced that it has prepared a grand celebration for its 20th anniversary, which will serve as one of the highlights of Cityscape Dubai 2008. To commemorate two decades as a top-selling real estate company, Sherwoods has prepared a formidable line of A-list properties to be showcased during the prestigious annual networking event, designed to highlight Sherwoods' strong reputation as one of the most trusted names in the region's real estate market.

Cityscape Dubai 2008 will serve as the perfect venue to celebrate another Sherwoods milestone as all major stakeholders of the real estate industry are expected to take part in what is considered the largest business-to-business real estate investment and development event in the world. Now running on its seventh year, Cityscape Dubai will be held at Dubai International Exhibition Centre from October 6 to 9, 2008.

The showcase also covers world-class beachfront developments with the inclusion of Pier 8 and Ice, which are destined to become landmark residential destinations in Dubai Marina. Another prominent marine-themed project joining the exhibition is the mixed-use tower complex Royal Bay in Dubai Waterfront.
