Dubai’s housing authority, MBHRE, has signed a new deal with Binghatti to deliver affordable housing for citizens

MBRHE binghatti developersMohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establish (MBRHE) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Binghatti developers, telling us important steps to strengthen cooperation between the public and private sectors to promote sustainable living spaces in Dubai.

The agreement highlights MBRHE’s commitment to promoting knowledge exchange, exploring common investment opportunities, and providing apartment solutions that meet the needs of  beneficiaries.

“We are committed to expanding our collaboration with the private sector to drive innovation in the housing sector and ensure the availability of sustainable homes that meet the needs of citizens. This partnership with Binghatti Developers marks an important milestone in achieving our strategic objectives,” Omar Hamad Bu Shehab, CEO of MBRHE said.

MBRHE-Binghatti housing partnership

As part of the partnership, MBRHE and Binghatti Developers will share knowledge of worldwide best practices in home development, with a special emphasis on using cutting-edge construction and project management technologies.

In addition, both sides will look into new investment opportunities to help Dubai’s housing sector grow and remain sustainable.

According to the MoU, Binghatti Developers will supply MBRHE beneficiaries with high-quality housing units at reasonable prices, including as apartments and villas.

These properties will be offered at various phases of development, including off-plan, under construction, and ready for occupancy, providing citizens with a variety of alternatives customized to their needs.

“We are delighted to partner with the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment to support the development of modern and sustainable housing projects. We strongly believe that this collaboration will deliver significant value to citizens by offering innovative and high-quality housing solutions,” Muhammad Binghatti, Chairman of Binghatti Developers added.

The agreement also emphasizes the use of contemporary technology in housing projects, including artificial intelligence (AI) and the most recent breakthroughs in construction and project management, to improve quality and long-term viability.

The deal demonstrates MBRHE is dedication to creating strategic collaborations and advancing sustainable housing initiatives, which promote Dubai’s vision of a well-integrated living environment that satisfies the requirements of its residents.
