Dubai’s Fastest Growing Freehold

We proudly announce our latest success; the sell-out of Phase I of ‘Mirdif Tulip’, Mirdif’s first freehold development, within days of the project’s ‘soft launch’. Even with limited initial marketing bookings for premium units and hundreds of enquiries poured in during the last week.

The rise of Dubai’s fast-growing residential real estate market is likely to peak in the following years and with the rise of rents, who wouldn’t dream of investing in a house and owning it instead of emptying pockets to pay rents every three months.

Mirdif Tulip, is being billed as a significant turning point in the Dubai real estate market another feather in the cap for Dubai’s property market.

At the launch event, CEO of Sherwoods Group of Companies and exclusive marketing agent, Mr. Iseeb Rehman said, “We have had a very successful 7 days leading up to the official launch of Mirdif Tulip, with demand significantly exceeding supply of Phase I apartments”.

Over 900 people registered their interest during the launch that took place at the Emirates Tower Hotel in Business Bay

“Of course there is excitement about Mirdif’s first freehold development… Everyone is telling us how happy they are that this project kick-starts Dubai’s urban renewal; a developer has taken a parcel of land on the edge of an established area and is building an integrated community”, added Mr. Rehman.

The architecture of Mirdif Tulip is by Al Shurooq Architecture & Engineering Consultants and the project is developed by Jersey Properties, which is based in Dubai and has owned the parcel of land for 7 years and waited to bring the product to the market at the right time.

“We are very pleased with the way people have reacted to our initial launch, and we believe the secret of our success is our passion for building quality homes and the desirability of this project’s location”, said Mr. Aqeel Madhi, Owner of Jersey Properties at the event.

“Today  we can declare Dubai’s real estate market has come of age, it’s golden years are ahead of it and Mirdif Tulip is the just the beginning of a journey into a bold future of robust urban design, maximum use of existing land parcels and renewal of original communities,” Mr. Rehman declared.

Mirdif Tulip located on the edge of Musrif Park, has 116 residential units across 4 levels and 16 commercial and retail spaces on ground level all are freehold . The project also has a roof-top pool for relaxation and a gymnasium overlooking the park on the 4th floor, for the fitness fanatics. The development has easy access to Dubai’s oldest park, Musrif Park and the famous Mirdif City Centre.
