Mushrif Park: An entertainment hub
Our latest freehold project, Mirdif Tulip is set against a backdrop of lush nature. It is located on the edge of Mushirif Park – the oldest and biggest park in Dubai. The Mushrif Park was created by the Dubai municipality in 1980. The park was opened to public in 1982 and expanded and refurbished in 1989.
Mushrif Park spans 5.25 square kilometres in the eastern part of the Dubai city. It is 15kms away from the Dubai City Centre on airport road, leading to Khawaneej area.

The park also includes entertainment services such as electronic games, barbecue and trip areas, pool services, play area for children, sports playground (including basketball, volleyball and handball), walking and bicycle tracks, prayer rooms, green areas, restaurants, canteens, train ride services, camel and horse riding, park theatre, and facilities for people with special needs.
Horse and camel riding and Bedouin tents have been set up to introduce visitors to a traditional Arabic life pattern while also enjoying a picnic. The Park’s theatre can accommodate up to 500 people. Here musical concerts are performed during public holidays like Eid and other special occasions.
Mushrif Park is so vast that one can actually drive through it. It is a brilliant place for those who love to take a walk in big parks, away from regular hustle-bustle. The Mushrif Park is a great place for family picnics, and strolls under the shade of trees.
The park houses a measureless species of birds and desert flora especially the indigenous Ghaf woodland. Birds like the Grey Francolin, Eurasian Collared Dove and White-cheeked Bulbul can be found in abundance here. Yellow-throated sparrows and Robins are common summer breeders whereas different species of warbler birds are common winter residents.
Sherwood’s Mirdif Tulip aims to focus on the quality of life: every day is a pleasure as you enjoy the relaxing views of Mushrif Park and enjoy nature and a refreshing and healthy environment.
