BURJ AZIZI, Trade Center First
Overview
Burj Azizi is an off-plan residential tower by Azizi, located in the Trade Center First area of Dubai. Rising to 132 floors, the project is registered with Dubai Land Department as comprising 1,072 units, bringing a large number of homes together within a single vertical community.
Life in the tower is shaped around a broad set of shared facilities. For wellbeing, residents will have swimming pools with sauna and steam room, a fully fitted gym and yoga centre, and a spa. A games room with billiards, chess and ping-pong, a cinema and a kids' play area provide ways to unwind and keep younger family members entertained, while a business centre gives residents a space for working close to home. Everyday needs are covered by a restaurant and coffee shop, a supermarket and a mall, all listed among the project's amenities.
Construction is active and in its early stages, according to the Dubai Land Department register. The register gives the handover as the third quarter of 2030, so buyers can follow the tower's progress over the coming years as it takes shape.
